Allows the use of 32mm floor tools and accessories to be used with 31.5mm female end pipes and also allows the use of 32mm pipes with 31.5mm female end vacuum hoses as used by some Hoover, Sanyo & some other Japanese brands of vacuum.

Actual external diameter tapers from 30.6mm to 31.4mm one end and 30.3mm to 31.4mm at the other end. Total length - 103.5mm.
